I had CutePDF installed and working fine on my computer before it got killed by a trojan virus, as I was told by the computer shop. Got my puter fixed and now I can't "reinstall" it. Keep getting "Install Printer Error -1801". As if 99.9% of computer users know what that is. I want to be a plain ol computer user, not a doctorate degreed in computer sciences user. The Acro Software people haven't been able to tell me why. I keep going thru their "suggested" fixes, but nothing so far has worked. Maybe Bill Gates has a clue..??

Because some people MS Word such as mine don't give you the option to print as a PDF - this is where CutePDF comes in handy!
