Hype. We all know what it is. When new Jordans come out – the hype that surrounds them is ridiculous – same with electronics – same with internet marketing products (from top gurus) and more. What I noticed about internet marketing products is that they tend to spike upon release – and then slowly dwindle down. Hype sells.
I made a lot of money by cashing in on the hype of the first Android powered phone – The T-Mobile G1. I wanted this phone – I knew it was hot stuff and mad people were just as interested as I was so I decided to make a site about the phone and it’s applications. A niche site. This wasn’t my first niche site – but it was my first niche site where I kind of new what I was doing.
The sites traffic grew ridiculously and probably in the first 2 days with no promotion it was getting from 7000 to 10000 hits a day. I no longer own that site and probably sold it for less than it was worth but it’s okay. But the hype surrounding that phone was incredible. I spent $7 TOTAL on the domain and made over $10000 from that site.
Cash in on the hype.

If you’re the first to promote a product then you should be one of the first people to cash in (if you’re techniques are successful).
How do I know when products are released?
I was wondering the same thing but this tool called the Product Calendar should be useful when it comes to IM product releases.
Final Words – Keep your eyes on the road and your ears to the streets. Hype gets you paid. If other people think it’s hot 0 and you know it’s hot – don’t hesitate. Holla at me.

The title of this post is pretty self explanatory. I’m saying this because I know what I’m good at and I know what I suck at. What am I good at? Making niche blogs that actually make money. What do I suck at? I don’t know if I suck but I remember taking a $750 loss on FOREX. That junk still hurts for real y’all that’s 750 Double Cheeseburgers or Hot n Spicys.
Anyways – I challenged myself to create a blog in one day a few days ago. Did it in about 8 hours from bottom to top. SEO to content to images – EVERYTHING. It got indexed pretty quickly and today – it actually has more hits than this blog has gotten this week combined. I guess I was just in time. So now my main goal is to climb higher and higher in Google because believe it or not – with all those hits that website is on the second page of Google! That’s driving me nuts and it’s because I was so late to join the race.
The cool thing though is it’s already pulling in a little Adsense revenue. Since I’m on my major money grind I need to continue raising as much money as possible before October. I’m going to give myself a quota to reach and find multiple hustles (that are worth my time) and I’m going to put anyone who reads this blog on. A couple months ago I posted a lil something about Twitter and Social Networking & Social Notworkingand I questioned how valuable Twitter really was? I haven’t had much marketing success and I haven’t gone *viral* on Twitter and all that stuff but I’ve met a few good people and I like the ease of staying connected since I’ll be traveling soon.. But anyways let story time commence…
Once upon a time there was this boy named Meji (me) who desperately needed ten bucks in his Paypal…He searched far and he searched wide. He asked everyone on his buddy lists…even sent a few emails just to get ten bucks into his Paypal. Needless to say…he failed miserably. But then Meji had an idea…he would send one Tweet asking for ten bucks.
Low and behold one of Meji’s two thousand followers came through for him his name is @AndrewHansen1. What are the odds of that? I’m pretty sure he’d never been to my blog or anything but the dude lent me $10 bucks. It was really cool of him and haven’t forgot about it. I paid him back the next day when my Paypal got a refill but I’m sure you get what I’m talking about?
Twitter is something special, I wonder how long it will last? You think it’ll fade out?
Anyways, so I decided to pay it forward. I gave a guy a stamp today in the Post Office.
By the way…I’ve launched all 3 of those sites. That I was talking about in my last post…I work quickly don’t I? :p

What’s going on hustle world? The Month of June is upon us so I thought I would make a post letting y’all know my plans for June and hoping that y’all will make some hustling plans of your own for June too. But before I do that let me just say a few things.
I sold one of my websites for $6700 bucks. *Insert Party Here* – For the first site I ever sold in my life I don’t think it’s too shabby at all. *Insert Pat on the Back Here*
Okay besides that June is upon us and I am effing busier than I have ever been. I’m actually going to be launching 2 or 3 new sites that I’m going to post here when I’m finished with them and hopefully they are going to be some money makers within themselves…You know the regular niche blogs and what not. I love them.
Anyways..I’ve been promising a contest/competition but even though I made that sale (it was like almost 2 months ago actually) I’m not stacking like I should so when the moneys back up the competition will proceed. If not then I’ll throw a small shindig for the heck of it.
Expect to see more video posts…I have fun making them so you might just see me out on the streets of Houston or wherever I am once in awhile.
Oh yeah and leave comments. I be getting lonely feeling like a bum asking for comments
So…the MacBook Pro Aluminum has these nasty sharp edges…I think it was a fashion over function thing. I wasn’t feeling them so I bought this for only $15 bucks. Pretty much lifts the MacBook off the table with 4 little things that fit onto the bottom.
They’re called Cool Feet. They’re supposed to keep your PC a little cooler and make it less stressful on your wrists to type. Do they work? Yes.
Installation: Easy as hell. Effectiveness: Works great.

My Adsense earnings have taken a slight dip but that’s because I sold one of my better websites (hence the MacBook Pro). Either way I’m still getting good money as I woke up to this decent payoff fresh in my account today. This post is just me gloating and being happy that I got some extra money to put away from my trip!

I came over Clixsense the other day…actually a few months ago and took a little interest in it. It seems easy, you know the type hustle for people who don’t like to do much work. I didn’t really get too much into for the sole reason that I actually felt like it didn’t pay enough, and that with my time spent elsewhere I could make more money.
With Clixsense all you’re doing is visiting advertisers ads, browsing them, waiting for a clock to count down to zero, and once it’s hit zero you get the money credited to your account. It sounds a little too easy to actually make substantial money with. There are premium Clixsense accounts and regular Clixsense accounts. With the premium Clixsense accounts you’ve shown that you can purchase online which makes you (a premium user) more valuable to the advertiser thus giving you the opportunity to view more ads and earn more money.
Clixsense also has a littleaffiliate program that you can mess with. I haven’t really even tried promoting Clixsense due to a lack of time and concentrating on other projects. But if you’ve tried Clixsense or plan on trying Clixsense let me know if you can actually make money doing it.
All the Clixsense proof pics I’ve found have been pretty low income. Seems like something to do if you’re a kid maybe looking for some extra change but a hustle is a hustle – whether it makes a penny or a dime.

I hope you enjoyed the video. I know there are some major faults with it but you know it’s my first tutorial and with each one I’ll try to improve. This is just a basic video on installing Wordpress to your server. Let me know what you think about my first video in the comments!
Installing Wordpress (text instructions):
1. Download the most current version of Wordpress from Wordpress.org
2. Extract and unzip Wordpress from the .zip archive.
3. Upload the files within the folder to your sites public_html folder.
4. Create an MySQL database and user.
5. Assign the user full privileges over that database.
6. Either on your desktop (with text editor) or in your cPanel – edit the wp-config-sample.php file – enter your Database, Username, and Password in the correct areas.
7. Rename the wp-config-sample.php simply to wp-config and upload it or save it.
8. Visit http://www.yoursite.com and follow the steps.
9. Smile and make money.
